Bedrooms
The first floor features four beautifully designed bedrooms, and the second floor offers two more. Each room combines classic Tuscan elements with modern comforts. All rooms have air conditioning. The spaces are completed with well-preserved terracotta floors and wooden beams that preserve the villa’s 19th-century charm.
Living-room & kitchenette
A large, cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area where guests can gather, and a sweet kitchenette to make some fresh coffee upstairs in the morning. Includes a sofa bed.
Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms in total, all with showers, and one also features a bathtub. Each bathroom has a window offering serene views over the valley.
Large kitchen
A bright, fully equipped kitchen ready to cater to all your culinary needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is an original built-in pizza oven and a charming outdoor dining area with a large table overlooking the valley. There's also a comfortable dining area inside.
Outdoors
You'll discover a lovely pool near the house surrounded by sunbathing chairs and umbrellas. There are also several dining spots where you can enjoy meals with a view. Beyond the pool, lush gardens with olive groves and a vineyard await. A forest trail leads to a natural pond, offering a peaceful escape into nature.

The location is a dream. Much nicer than expected. The view from the windows, from the breakfest table or the Hollywood swing is breathtaking. The pool is big, right by the house and we had it all to ourselves.
Adi and her husband are super caring and at the same time reserved and have done all the little things and requests we had super quickly. In between, we had a really nice conversation and especially bought the first bottle from their own olive oil production. A magical place in a dreamy area.
