This option is for 4-5 guests: you'll have two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Although you will be renting an apartment in the villa and not the whole villa, you will be our only guests and will enjoy a private pool and lots of space indoors and outdoors.

Lechino Bedroom
The first floor features two beautifully designed bedrooms that combine classic Tuscan elements with modern comfort. The rooms are complete with well-preserved terracotta floors and wooden beams that maintain the villa's 19th-century charm.
This bedroom has two windows, one with a valley view and the other overlooking the pool. It has a big double bed and a sitting area for two.
Living-room & kitchenette
A large, cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area where guests can gather, and a sweet kitchenette to make some fresh coffee in the morning.

A bathroom with shower, and windows offering serene valley views.
Large kitchen
A bright, fully equipped kitchen ready to cater to all your culinary needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is an original built-in pizza oven and a charming outdoor dining area with a large table overlooking the valley. There's also a comfortable dining area inside.
Outdoors
You'll discover a lovely pool near the house surrounded by sunbathing chairs and umbrellas. There are also several dining spots where you can enjoy meals with a view. Beyond the pool, lush gardens with olive groves and a vineyard await. A forest trail leads to a natural pond, offering a peaceful escape into nature.

The location is a dream. Much nicer than expected. The view from the windows, from the breakfest table or the Hollywood swing is breathtaking. The pool is big, right by the house and we had it all to ourselves.
Adi and her husband are super caring and at the same time reserved and have done all the little things and requests we had super quickly. In between, we had a really nice conversation and especially bought the first bottle from their own olive oil production. A magical place in a dreamy area.
